Our multiple telehealth options — 24/7 medical advice, virtual urgent care by phone or video,1 e-visits, Mail Order Pharmacy,2 and more — mean you don’t have to disrupt your day to address a health concern. We’ve designed these services with you in mind, ensuring that you receive personalized care right from the comfort of your home. Kaiser Permanente offers virtual care for a wide array of medical conditions, from routine primary care to specialty care to urgent care needs. Our virtual urgent care is available for these conditions and health matters, and more:
  • Cold, sinus, and flu-like symptoms
  • COVID-19 testing and immunizations
  • Emergency contraception*
  • Herpes (cold sores or genital)*

Your doctor can even have a separate video consultation with a specialist during your virtual visit if more targeted care is necessary.
